Personal data will only be processed insofar as this is necessary for the secure operation of the website, answering inquiries, preparing or carrying out a business relationship, improving the content or fulfilling legal obligations. We pay attention to purpose limitation, proportionality, transparency and adequate data security.

When accessing the website, the web server and security services can collect technical access data. Die Bearbeitung erfolgt, um Ihre Anfrage zu prüfen, zu beantworten, das gewünschte Gespräch vorzubereiten und gegebenenfalls weitere Schritte mit Ihnen zu vereinbaren. Das Formular wird mit Contact Form 7 verarbeitet. Die Angaben werden per E-Mayl an die zuständige Kontaktadresse übermittelt. Bitte übermitteln Sie keine besonders schützenswerten Personendaten und keine vertraulichen Dokumente, solange kein sicherer Übermittlungsweg vereinbart wurde.

For typographical display, Google Fonts can be loaded. The IP address can be transmitted to Google. Google can process data in countries whose data protection level differs from the Swiss level. Where necessary, such disclosure shall be based on appropriate guarantees or legal exceptions.
7. Website chat and integrated services
If a chat or assistance service is offered on the website, the content you voluntarily enter as well as technical usage data will be processed in order to provide the entertainment and to assess requests. In a chat, do not enter any personal data, access data or confidential object documents that are particularly worthy of protection.
Contributions may contain references to external websites. When calling up an external link, the data protection provisions of the respective provider apply. Embedded content can technically seem like a direct visit to the third-party website.
8. Recipient and notification abroad

Within the framework of the applicable data protection law, you can in particular request information about processed personal data, correction of incorrect data, deletion or restriction of the processing as well as, if applicable, data provision or transfer. A given consent can be revoked for the future. Legal storage obligations and overriding interests worthy of protection remain reserved.
